Wiki Need help with this

A patient comes into the office to see the surgeon. He has an abrasion on his forearm that will not stop bleeding. The surgeon cauterizes it to control the bleeding, sends him home with some cream. How would I code this? Thanks for any help!

wound repair, simple 12001- (need size of repair) E& M may be appropriate depending on documentation.
