If you use a 27415, the grafting material would be coming from someone other than the patient, such as a tissue bank. If the patient is the donor also, you would code the bone grafting code, 20902. You wouldn't code the fixation as it should be included.
Now, if I'm missing something I hope someone out there can help us out, but that's what I would code. Hope it helps a little.
 
So, the correct code would be 27416, he also did a plica excision and synovectomy of the medial and anterior compartment was then performed for synovitis removal.

would I be able to bill 27416, 29875. cci edit show is bundled....
