Wiki need help with K-wire removal, manipulation and splint application

Looking at only 20680. Unsure whether the manipulation of finger and application of splint are included in 20680.

According to the Global Service Data for Hand Surgery for 20680 " application of initial dressing, orthosis, continuous passive motion, splint, or cast, including traction, except where specifically excluded from the global package" is included
