Wiki Need help with DX code

A patient is seen with a closed fx of radius and Dr. casts it and she comes in for her follow ups. The fracture is now healed on her last visit and she does not need to return again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This would be a V code? If so which one?

I would use V67.4 which is for treatment of healed fx f/u exam.
