My thoracic surgeon performed an En Bloc excision of the right sternoclavicular joint, medial 3rd of clavicle and approximately 1/3 of manubrium along with excision of medial portion of 1st rib. This was done for osteomyelitis. I do not find a code that covers the total excision of this joint. Help!
