I need help with coding the following procedures:
1. Second metatarsal Osteotomy. left foot utilizing screw fixation
2. Lapidus Bunionectomy - left foot, utilizing 2-screw fixation
3. Lisfranc joint Arthrodesis, segments 2 & 3 left foot, utilizing screw fixation
4. Correction 2nd & 3rd Hammertoe,left foot, per arthrodesis proximal interphalangeal joint with flexor digitorium logus tenotomy.
Any help is greatly appreciate. We are just starting to work on the feet here at my surgery center. Thanks
