Wiki Need help with codes for cervical spine and thoracic cage injections.

Provider injected cervical spine facet joint and thoracic cage joint with ultrasound guidance. Need the correct CPT codes for these two injections. Codes I can find are with CT or other guidance. 0214T and 0215T denied by MVA ins. Injecting Prolotherapy which is covered by MVA insurance.
