Hi: We do not do alot of these so I would love some assistance
The doctor performed and excisional debridment into the subcutance tissue of a total area of 40 sq centimeters, due to in infection around the area of a saphenous ven graft;11042 + 11045.
This caused thinning and exporsure of the graft, therefore flaps were needed.
After debridement advancement flaps were made of skin and subcutaneous tissue. Using a scalpel and also electrocautery, the skin flap was formed, first superiorly, the inferiorly and then a Foley Catheter with a large balloon was placed underneath these areas and inflated while stretching out the skin and subcutaneous tissue. There was adequate hemostatis and runing sutures were done along the whole skin length.
I am looking at 14301
Am I close??
Thanks in Advance!
