Wiki Need help with a hardware exchange for distal femur fracture

The physician removed a screw from a distal femoral shaft fracture and replaced it with a shorter sized screw.
For the removal we can use 20680 however is there a better code to reflect the actual exchange?
I'm unable to find one.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
