Can anyone help me with a dx code?
Internal derangement left knee with positive MRI for chondral defect tricompartmental with loose articular full-thickness patellofemoral defect.
And a cpt for:
1. Arthroscopy left knee
2. Extensive synovectomy
3. Chondroplasty with debridement of loose articular fragments all compartments patellofemoral, medial, and lateral.
I am thinking 29876, and 29877 ... but I think this hits the CCI edit
