Please help us with this procedure, going around in circles with this....would really help w/your input.

Surgeon has a procedure done on a pt with I&D, Closure R eyebrow laceration, exploration R facial wound w/excision of necrotic tissue & repair.
Pt was given MAC sedation prepped & draped, but did not tolerate the MAC due to airway obstruction by his tongue so was converted to general LMA, 2nd time prepped & draped, washed out & irrigated the laceration twiced, laceration which is approx. 6cm in length.
It begains on the lateral eyelid just inferior to the eyebrow. It then extends cephalad transecting the eyebrown into the mid forehead region. Upon exploration it was noted that the frontal bone was completely exposed without any fx or injury.
Completely intact & the periosteum was intact. Closed the wound in 3 layers after obtaining hemostasis w/electrocautery.
The initial layer was muscular layer, closed w/4-0 vicryl suture. subcutaneous tissue closed w/3-0 vicryl interrupted suture & skin was closed w/interrupted 6-0 prolene suture. bacitracin was applied to wound postoperatively and pt stable in recovery. thank you...
