I'm new to ortho and have not clue on how to correctly code fracture care.
Pt had post op visit in office after having surgery, we applied a short arm cast, fiberglass. I know I can bill for the cast, but what code do I use to bill for the supply of the fiberglass, do I use Q4010 or do I use A4590, they are both circled on my fee ticket. Thanks for anyone's input.
