Doctor did an arthrodesis:
1) First Tarsometatarsal joint
and an arthrodesis of :
2) talonavicular joint

He is saying 28740, but I am wondering if I should use 28730 ?

Can someone please help me ?

Hi I would look at using the 28730 since you noted he worked with the first tarsometatarsal joint and the talonavicular joint, 28740 just references working with a single joint.
