Not sure how to capture these procedures correctly;

Cystoscopy with visual internal urethrotomy and
Cystoscopy with right retrograde pyelogram, right ureteral dilation, and right ureteral stent placement.

52275 and 52005 captures some, however if I try to use some of the codes that capture dilations, CCI edits with bundling issues arise.
 
Can you please post your op note so we can be sure to capture all of the work perfromed by the physician?
