Hello,
During open valvular procedure the Dr placed ventricular wires at the right base and then paced. Pt had very long PR interval and did not conduct very well.
Therefore, an permanent epi cardial lead is elected to be placed to avoid transvenous insertion in case patient needs a PPM insertation at a later date.
Should 33202 be billed? I am not sure
Any assistance is appreicted!
Thank you~
