What dx code can you use for ( REMOVAL OF TAMPON )

Please check either of these go: 939.2-F B (vulva, vagina), 729.6 Residual F B in soft tissue
But see if you can code with HCPCS- like C1773-Retrieval Device, insertable.
I had been thinking about like pessary, tissue expanders or insertable device. I could go with this only.
