Cystoscopy and cup biopsy of bladder and fulguration. Placement of right ureteral occlusion ballon. Then instillation of 0.37% formalin solution, this being 1% solution into the bladder with saline wash out and thereafter and placemnt of a continous drip foley catheter. Thanks
