What are the locations? Are they burns? Were they done in the pcp office? The CPT books says: When performing debridement of a single wound, report depth using the deepest level of tissue removed. In multiple wounds, sum the surface area of those wounds that are at the same depth but do not combine sums from different depths.

Sq CM is length x width, I am assuming the larger numbers are the length and width but you need to query the provider to be sure.
23x10= 230
5.5x4= 22
3x4=. 12
5x4=. 20
22x30=.660
Total 944 sq cm
For the codes though you do need to supply more information as to location and exactly what the procedures were.
