Wiki Need advice on cpt code for foriegn body removal with surgical endoscopy

So the doctor removed a foreign body in the right sinus (metal left behind during a dental procedure and migrated to the sinus). This was done under anesthesia with Surgical Endoscopy ( using 31256) - I wondered if I could add in the 30310 code to represent the removal of the foreign body or does the endoscopy encompass this... Any advice would be appreciated. This was done in outpatient surgery center.
