Wiki Need a very generous urology biller/coders help

I am going back and forth with my doc regarding documentation required for office visits. Are ya'll familiar? I bet you are. Any who, I am looking to see if there would be a nice enough biller/coder that wouldn't mind either faxing or e-mailing a chart note for a 99213 and a 99214 so I can show him the bullet points and documentation REQUIRED to have in the chart. Anybody willing ?? Of coarse I would need this with all patient info removed (HIPAA) Please let me know if you are willing to help.
