Wiki Need a Cardiology Coding Test

Does anyone know of a company where you can purchase specialty coding tests? Having to put a specialty specific test together each time I need a new group of coders is a time sucker. I currently need a cardiology/thoracic/vascular coding test if anyone knows of one.
