An 18 Fr nasogastric tube with suture attached to the end was anchored to the gastric remnant with a resolution clip, under endoscopic guidance. Initially the NGT was clipped to the small intestine, but upon withdrawing the endoscope, the NGT fell back to gastric remnant. The NGT was then clipped to gastric mucosa.
Patient has Gastric cancer.
Please help, I am stumped!!!! :(
