Wiki Naso gastric placement in the office

Does anyone know how to code the placement of a NG tube in the office without fluoroscopy. Please see chart notes below and advise. Thank you!

Patient here for NGT replacement. Mother removed the old tube, which had been down 24 cm below nostril. New 6Fr Corpak tube was lubricated and inserted without difficulty to the same level. The guidewire was removed and returned to the child's mother. The tube was secured to the cheek. The patient was sent to PIC for KUB for tube placement before use, and it showed that the tube was in his stomach.
