Does anyone have any ideas how to code? I was leaning towards 31276. your help would be greatly appreciated.
Using a 30 degreee standard 4 mm rigid endoscope, the bilateral nasal cavity was inspected. Ther region of concern along the anterior skull base was visulaized. there were some granulation around this regions and some crusting eoverlying the defect. This area appears to be significantley improved from the patient's previous examination. and it was felt that there was enough improvement that an additional turbinate flap would not e needed. The area was cafully debrided using Tru cut forceps and the frontal sinus suction one adequately debrided, bacitacin ointment was injected alon the area of the anterior skull base.
