We are having a problem with the federal insurance NALC. They process their claims through Cigna and we do not have a contract with Cigna.
NALC is trying to take a "contracted" adjustment on our claims and we disagree as we are not contracted providers.
When argued with they are stating "We are a federal plan, you have to take the adjustment"
I know this is wrong but I can't find documentation to back that up. Can anyone help please!?
