Can I get help with CPT for this nailbed repair?
Note reads: location: right great toe, nailbed. length: 3 cm. Local analgesia was obtained using block. The wound was thoroughly cleansed, irrigated, and explored. No evidence of foreign body was noted. The wound was closed with 2 sutures with close approximation. The patient was neurovascularly intact after closure. No complications were noted. Sterile dressing applied.
