Wiki Myringoplasty

One of our physicians did a paper patch myringoplasty in the office. We used the cpt 69610 (repair of a tympanic membrane perforation) for this procedure. Is there any other codes that should be billed along with this code other than the office visit code?

Nope. Just add the LT/RT modifier to 69610.
