Wiki Multiple Vials for Same Drug

We have a few carriers that require the NDC # for each drug administered in our office. Some drugs require multiple vial sizes combined for the dose, meaning there are more than one NDC # for that drug. I am worried about two line items for one drug denying as duplicates. The clearing house will not allow 2 NDC #s per one line item.

Anyone have any insight on how to bill this?
