Wiki Multiple stents, one vessel

37205 for first vessel
37206 for each additional vessel
doc is adding 3 additional stents but all in one vessel. he wants 37205 x 1 with 37206 x 3. if i am interpretting this correctly additional stents is not the same as additonal vessels. thoughts?

Which vessel? lower ext vessel do not use 37205/37206.

if you stay in the same vessel you can only code one stent now matter how many he puts in that vessel.
