Hello,
Im just needing some clarification or reassurance.
Normally our RNs will start a visits for a service that is normally a "nurse only" visit. During that visit a problem arises and a NFP has to enter the room or they RN wants reassurance and wants the NFP to see the patient.
Our NFP if she agree with the RN is documenting agree with above statement. I know she has to document what she saw as well.
Can anyone reassure me that I am telling her correctly that she has to document what she saw as well and not just say agree with nurse. Is there a website someone knows off the top of their head where this is documented?
Thank you!
