My physician did a EGD Savary Dilation 48 fr wire guided esophageal dilation and also a PEG Tube placement (endoscopic). How of can we code them both?

According to the CCI edits there is no need for a modifier, but if it doesn't pass use the 59, depends on the payor.

I would enter it as such:

1st: 43248

2nd: 43246
