Wiki Multiple POS on a single claim?

Good Evening, I have recently took over the billing department at a pediatric facility and I am fairly new to pediatrics so I am seeking some advice. Our clinic is listed as an RHC clinic and the Coder has told me that for Florida MMA UHC, Humana, Clear Health, and Florida Medicaid that we bill the 72 on the E/M visit only and POS 11 for all other lines. I have not heard of billing 2 different place of services on a single claim; can anyone give me some guidance on this please?

I have billed E/R visits that result in a same day outpatient procedure and I do bill POS 23 and 22 but the claim will split as both place of service can't be on the same claim.

That does make sense, I have been doing a lot of research and I did find the guidelines stating that Labs, Hearing, and Vision were not part of the All Inclusive Rate. I think where the problem might be is that they are trying to bill both place of services on the same claim.
