Wiki Multiple loose body removal

Hi everyone, sure could use some help....

My surgeon performed arthroscopy of the knee and removed three large loose bodies. They were each in a different compartment of the knee, not the same. Can I bill CPT 29874 once for each compartment, or can I only bill once for all three?

I believe you can only bill that once.
