Wiki Multiple fx's w/splint application

I'm working on an ER chart for patient whose hand was crushed in machine at work, fracturing 3 fingers on left hand. Finger splint was applied to each finger. My question is do I charge for 3 splint applications or just 1 application? This is for facility charges.
