Multiple sebaceous cysts of the scalp were excised at same session. Pathology size range 0.9x 0.5 x 0.4 cm to 2.5 x 1.8 x 1cm. I'm going to code first and use 51 modifier after the others. do you agree?

You need the 59 modifier to distinguish separately identifiable excisions.
