Wiki MUE Units

Code J9300 (Ozogamicin) was billed to Anthem Medicare and was denied for MUE edits. Where can the value for the MUE units on this code be located. The CMS web site has been reviewed and the MUE units could not be found.

I'm showing this as a deleted code as of 1/1/18. Was it billed prior to this date? If so then the max units was 5.
