Wiki mucicarmine

for the last 2 yrs i have been coding the stain for mucicarmine as an 88313...recently my boss has tried to tell me that under certain circumstatnces that it can be coded with 88342...i have tried to research and cannot find anything that says it can be coded with the 88342....has anyone else heard of this?

I took a look at Padget's and didn't see any mention of mucicarmine as 88342. It would probably be worthwhile to ask your boss for the documentation for her statement - exactly what are those circumstances?
