Wiki MU Attestation for PA?

If a Physician assistant only bills under the supervising physician's NPI#, should the PA still attest for MU? All payments go to the supervising Dr and that Dr has already attested for MU for 2013.

Our organization bills PAs under supervising MDs as well, and we do not attest for them for Medicaid MU.

I don't believe PA's (or NP's) are on the list of eligible providers for MU.
