Allong the same question as previously asked. We have providers billing 99024for suture removal following MOHS surgery. Should this actually be a low level E&M 99211?

When a patient comes in to our office for suture removal we also bill 99024. If we put them in we take them out at no charge.
Additionally, while Mohs by itself does not carry a post-op period, if your physician billed a repair (i.e. complex repair, graft, flap, etc.) with the Mohs then that would carry a post-op.
