Wiki MOHs surgery

Patient was referred to have BCC excision by Mohs about 4 hrs away. Patient then came back to Dermatologist to have stitch removal. How do I bill for this?

you can bill an e and m code for the suture removal if you did not perform the surgery. obviously a low level code would be appropriate.
