Doctor performed a nail removal in office. I am billing out cpt code 11750 along with an OV with a dx 681.11. 11750 has global period 10 days. I am wondering what mod. I would use with the office visit, would it be 25 or 57? Thank you-

When the global is 10 days you use 25.
