Does anyone if Aetna reimburses 20% of allowed amount for modifier 80 or 20% of rate paid to primary surgeon? (this service date was in 2009 and it was still 20%)

Hi my name is gabriela romero and i just joined aapc memmbership and i really do not know how to use this! I just wanted to know how the courses here worked and what needed to be done to get started? Or what kind of programs are offered to get started with courses?
