Wiki Modifier MWV

I know that modifiers are usually two digits or two letters, but I have a manager who says she was on a conference call yesterday and there was discussion of a new modifier, modifier MWV. I have been unable to find any info on this modifier.

Does anone know please if this is a vaild modifier and what it is used for?

What was the conference call regarding and who was sponsoring it? I too can find nothing on this as a valid modifier. Can you call the person who was on the conference call for clarification of a source document?
