Wiki Modifier GP, Gn and GO-Woundcare Coding

Need a little help when it comes to coding out 97602. These are patients that are being seen in a Woundcare clinic and the physician is marking that they did 97602. Do we use a modifier on this code and how do you know what modifier to use. This one is alittle confusing to me. Can anyone help?
