I have been out of the billing realm for some time but was asked how to track referrals to specialists for follow up and someone suggested Modifier TS. This modifiers is new to me and not much out there on the internet about it (my code books are in another town at this time). Would this be an appropriate Modifier to use or would there be something or somewhere else to be able to monitor this type of situation?
