Wiki Modifier for 2025 telehealth codes

Has anyone had any problems with billing with the modifier 25 with the new 98000 telehealth codes when billing for more than the E/M? I have seen claims rejected from insurance for this modifier, but what else can be used in this scenario?

I haven't seen anything with that but I have been seeing that some payers are not paying for telehealth when using any of the 98000. So for those that are denied, we resubmit with 99213,95. Have you received any denials as well? Looks like they are paying less too for the 98000
