I would like some input on this please. Multiple ekgs read on the same day and same group of physicians but different physicians of the same group. 93010- 76 or 77? I would think 76 since Medicare defines same physicians in the same group as one?

Yes, 76 modifier. Medicare considers two physicians, in the same group with the same
specialty performing services on the same day as the same physician.
