Wiki Modifier 59 or 51

Codes I am billing are 99213-25, 17000, 93000. NCCI edit states ok to bill the 17000 & 93000 together with a modifier. Would it be modifer 59? Thanks!

you can use 93000-59 as long as its related to different body part. It its the same body part, use -51.
