Hello.
My physician performed a colonscopy with snare polypectomy, but only removed the polyps "piecemeal" as he states in the op note. He states he will have to repeat the procedure in 2-3 months for removal of the rest of the polyps. Wondering if I should append Mod 52 to the 45385 code.
