Hello,

I am coding redo carotid endarterectomy more than 1 month. But after reading the entire note I found out that the 35301 is reduced because the surgeon didn't actually
removed plaque. It was only band of tissues in the prior site initially thought to be true stenosis. After checking, the surgeon just put patch on to right carotid and close the wound.
Can anyone verify if I did the right thing in appending 52 modifiers to both 35301 and 35390?

Appreciate any insights.
